Bad Delivery and no proper response of emails

I was buy Transcend 8GB Class 4 Micro SD Card from Shop clues on 24 Augest 2012. Till I have not received the order,

My Order No. is 1468075.

I have already emailed the complaint to Shop Clues 4-5 times. But no Proper reply by Shop Clues Team. I have already buy an internet connection of Rs.145 for downloading in this card. That Internet connection are totally waste for me due to my card not received till.

Very Poor Service.
