I joined shopclues by watching ads in my phone. Those ads were really exaggerating the facts. I ordered for one trimmer.
Normally it takes about one week for the delivery. After one week of order I assisted with the customer care services.
After studying my case they messaged me that the merchant was changed that cause the delay in delivery up to 3 days.
Finally I got the product after Sixteen days of delay.
I have no complaints about the product but the customer care services should be more vigilant so as to avoid the miscommunication with the customer.
If they were more correct about stock available I may get the product after 1 week.
Advertisement from shopclues are clearly exaggerating. They are hiding the facts and masking the customer to visit and download their app.
So don’t be cheated.
