Hi Friends! Want to share my experience with this e-commerce website. This website is owned by Clues Network Pvt. Ltd which also had the same bad reviews from each customer.
It mainly focused on unstructured categories of daily utility items.
Initially Shopclues just started with very small amount of products. Those was our daily usage products so that people can get attracted easily. And then as time expanded they began investing more and increasing the products. And now they have all the products.
I am seriously not at all happy with this website. In today’s world people get easily trapped by looking into offers, exclusive deals etc. One such person is me too. Feeling bad to tell it, but it happens.
My worst experience was that, once I got an advertisement stating "Sunday Deals", which you people will also get it soon but never get caught my dear friends. Those Sunday deals will have all products from least price like in 40’s, 50’s range. By the price of course every customer get attracted. The same I just got addicted in Sunday Deals and kept seeing for the things I liked the most. At one point of view, I just got trapped at one product which is headphones. As at that time I was longing for a headphone, I wanted to buy from this website. It was just 50 rupees. I got struck into that product. The offer was 5 headphones for 50 rupees. Without even thinking, I ordered for it. And finally one fine day I received it. With so much of curiosity I opened it. Got trap guys with just single headphone which had the worst quality ever. When I used it for one week, my phone got struck and my ears was getting bad. The sound quality became worse. I couldn’t even complain them because I was just studying first year at that time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
As the name indicates -> SHOP+ CLUES= SHOPCLUES. It means they don’t provide you any of the clues to get caught. You will face a very bad service. You cant even ask doubts or make proper complaints as told before.
PRODUCT QUALITY:
As I mentioned about my experience, getting attracted by price of the product if you buy that you will be given with the worst product ever.
DELIVERY TIMELINESS:
I got my headphones very late crossing the expected delivery time.
APP & WEBSITES:
This again has the bad user interface. You people yourself can check it out. But don’t get caught.
RELIABILITY:
If you see a product as 10 rupees when you enter into that product cart page it will be turned into 50. Rate differs after you look into it. This is one of the trick. The website executes very slowly.
So friends I don’t want any of my friends to get caught into this website. It’s my biggest request.
