I happened to order decorative pieces from this website and I happened to stumble across a few negative reviews after ordering. I was worried about my order but since it was pre-paid, I decided to wait for it to come. What I received surprised me and put all my doubts to rest. Everything was perfectly in place and intact. I didn’t receive anything broken/defective as I had read I would receive.
I received my delivery 3 days before time and I was more than happy. The website is user friendly as easy to use, but I prefer the app since it is more on the go. I haven’t had to interact with customer service per se but I did receive emails and sms’ for the status of my order regularly.
