Cheater, Fraud not refunding my money -
After cancelled my multiple order`s from Shopclue they had to refund my 10, 000/- Rs. worth of Gift certificates which I purchased from their website only to make purchases. Now more than 2 months has been passed I have posted on their facebook, called them emailed them but they don’t care at all.
Their customer care phone is not free.and I have used a big amount to called them to reissue my vouchers but their staff gives same statement that they will escalate matter to so called concern team who never taking care of complaints. Now I am feeling cheated and planing to take strong action.
