My experience with this site is the worst! Shopclues has worst quality and service.Shopclues has poor customer support and dosent have standard products.The products differ from what they show on website.I ordered a power bank from shopclues, they had mentioned it original.It got delivered in 10 days after a long wait.After opening the packaging I came to know that the power bank was not original.
I contacted customer care for the refund.They usually reply after 2-3 days.they told me to contact the seller, I did it after 8-10 days I received my refund.From that day I decided I would never buy products from shopclues.com.
The products listed are not original and sometimes they put fake items on their website.The prices are very low as compared to other sites but it depends on the seller.if the seller has good rating then only go for the product, otherwise you may end up wasting your money and time.
The only good part of this website is sunday flea market, which is on every sunday.The products are at very low prices but there’s always a risk in buying them.
I am never shopping from this site again
