I had ordered a Philips HD9220/20 Air Fryer **(Order No.23669373)** on **ShopClues.com** on 18th October 2014 and according to shopclues my order was dispatched on **28th October 2014** via *Safexpress courier service* but till the date(10th November 2014) I havent receive my order.
I also try to contact safexpress team to know my waybill status but they are unable to answer me the exact position of my courier. I also email to shopclues customer service and my request has been logged with ticket number ***1354840*** but every time they say "our team will contact you within 24 to 48 hrs. but NO REPLY from any one.
