Improve seller reliability

Rs 1 sale has many products which are fakely claiming product to be delivered.

Eg I ordered a ear muffin which the delvery website confirmed to deliver the product to my address. But when I complained regularly for three days.shopclues refunded telling that’ no response from seller’
