I had order the product on 29.713.That time this product was very well available at your shopclues website. I had paid for the product and order the product ..order no 5457783. I had called 4 times at the call center no 0124-4414888. I had wasted my money on call every time I have to wait long after then call get connected.
On Monday 5.8.13 I had spoken to ur executive about my order he told me sir we are procuring your order we will deliver the same in 2 -3 days. Today again I had called the customer care to know the status of my product
he said your order had been cancelled. I want to know with whose knowledge order had been cancelled? Why no information had been provided for the order cancellation given to me in written as well verbally.(I just called today at ur company I came to know my order had been cancelled, no call no sms no email received from
your company about my product cancellation, till now on your website it showing that order on hold -procurement delay. Why till now the status of order cancelled not shown at ur website.
Attached is the snapshot of the same. Why till now I had not received my money back? Who will bare and compensate my time money and energy cost which I had spend with your company. I am very high BP patient, why ur company is making me fool?
I want to move to consumer court regarding the same issue. Your company has cheated me. I am very disappointed with this type of services.
