I think shopclues is one of the worst experiences I have experienced in my life.
I think this site needs a huge improvment in order to stay in that such competitive online shopping market.
I rarely used shopclues for my purchases but some time have decided to buy nokia 220 and when I checked cheapest price for it then that time shopclues is thatone.
I decided and order the phone.
They gave me next 8 days delivery already a big waiting time. So I wait .
12 days gone nothing was happened I contacted shopclues callcentre they dont give suffient answer.
They registered my complain and said wait for 2 days.
Again nothing happened.
Next time said talk to courier facility, they again say talk to our partner.
I am pissed in between their system
You will not believe that the dream continues to 1 month.
When finally I sain I registered a case oppose to you yhen they started doing things faster.
Even before their higher officers are speechless.
This whole incidence is horrible to me and I pray this will not happen with anyone ever.
At last they accept that fault is their side and as a result refunded my money.
I swear not buying anything from that side.
I recommend you to please don’ t buy from shopclues their are lots of problem you may face.
