Plz dont visit Shopclues.com, its a fake website, with fake products.i ordered mens boots from Shopclues.com, I was told, the delivery is gonna take a weeks time, I agreed to it, the courier came to my doorstep, he handed the parcel to me, the moment he left, I opened the parcel, to check my product, when I opened the box, I was surprised to see, the boots that I ordered wer not the same, I immediately called the customer service, for the replacement, the customer service executive helped me with the formalities of the replacement, agn the delivery boy came after a few days, to collect the parcel, he collected all da stuff, and told me the replacement date, after a few days, I get the message, that v have received the parcel, and ur money would b credited to your account after a month, I was shocked to see my money was blocked in their account for the entire month, I would have invested that money smwhr else, thats the way, they cheat their customers, plz dont fall prey of such websites, thanks mouthshut for giving me a platform, to share my reviews with other people.
