I bought puma shoes of size 8 and that was also in the stock yet they sent me wrong size product on 3rd nov. I returned that product on 4nov14 and its been 10 days since they are still processing my request.
I had made online payment so this is another concern for me but most important how can they ship wrong size of product in spite of being stock availability. Seriously it seems to me a careless and clueless shopclues.
Very disappointed due to unable of handling return issues. Such a pathetic experience. If they dont ship my product in two days I wont visit shopclues further and will make sure my cousin will also not but from it.
