This company let me down so many time that i’ve stopped ordering from them. I ordered a couple of stuff(led lamp, electric roti maker and a mop for my mother) . The products were delivered a few days later than the expected date, though no issues there because its a small town where I live. However, the lamp, stopped working, after a few days of usage; the roti maker had a short circuit inside it and now we’re scared of breaking the mop if we wipe too hard. Its even more inconvenient to return the damaged stuff.
The company has a lot of work to do before it can stand upto its competitors, amazon, flipkart, snapdeal. I feel like the website and the company could have offered a lot to their customer but unfortunately I donot see that happening anytime soon.
