I am Siju Mohan from ThiruvAnasultannthapuram, Kerala. On 13th June 2016, I ordered a Universal Micro USB Mobile Charger for Nokia Lumia Phones through SHOPCLUES.COM for Rs. 209.
Delivery charge was free and cash was paid through internet banking then itself as cash on delivery was not available. They promised to deliver the product within 23rd June 2016. The product included a Mobile Charger Adapter and a Micro USB cable.
Product Id is 87127365. The product was to be delivered to me by the vendor KRISHNA COMPUTERS, PANCHKULA, HARYAnasultan. The product was delivered to me on 25th June 2016. The packaging was well done. I opened the package and found that the cover of the product was tampered. When I checked inside, I found that the Micro USB cable is missing and only the Charger Adapter is there. I immediately called Shop Clues using the number 0124414888. This number is not given in the website and it was provided by the courier services DELHIVERY. I called to this number a numerous times leaving some intervals and got a busy tone always.
I then immediately contacted the vendor KRISHNA COMPUTERS through the mobile number given in the bill. The person who took the call told me that its not Krishna Computers and is a wrong number. He told that he belongs to Delhi. But when I searched truecaller I found that the number is from Punjab. Was he telling a lie? I dont know. Since the whole transaction was fraud filled, I didn’t request for a return yet. I am not sure whether I will get my money back. I have filed a complaint in Consumer Court and is waiting for their judgement on this case.
