I will write point by point:
Customer service -Don’t know if they know waht is customer service.They have no idea about their own products.
Product quality-Product are overpriced no doubt.they claim that their products are mall quality and prices are as per the street .In reality its vice versa.
Deliver time- I would not say anything on this.If I have to deliver something after manufacturing it .I could deliver faster than shopclues
App- Ok
Reliability-Not at all . they will accept your order and after 4 days they have the product out of stock.
