On August 26, I ordered a hoola hoop for my niece. However, when I had not received the order for more than a week, I contacted the customer support and was told that they had run out of stock. They had not bothered to inform me that an order I had already paid for was not available. They told me the money would be refunded but the money is yet to be refunded as of September 13, 2013.
