Hello, MouthShut readers. I am sharing my real experience with ShopClues and this one was so bad that I personally never want anyone to go and shop there.
First of all, what the heck is wrong with them, there UI is so childish. I mean come on man learn something from amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal. I personally feel as if I am shopping from a cheap online store.
Coming to price, YES they have many products which are available at a much lower price than Flipkart, amazon but Hey, have you seen the delivery charge? They ask 100 Rs. delivery charge for a product of price Rs 10. Am I fool to buy that?
Secondly, they will hardly show that they will ship the product to my pin code even if I am checking it from many sellers. Is there, no one who ship in Mumbai?
Recently I was lucky enough to not face above two problems and successfully ordered an earphone worth Rs 500. Thank God, I choose not to pay online but Cash-on-Delivery, because I never got the product deliver. On their website, they will show that the delivery boy has visited my house but I was not available, but I was there for the whole time and no one arrived and I haven’t received any call from anyone from there the entire day.
Recently they gave me Rs 50 voucher for free during their festival but I don’t even bothered to order something because I know, I’m not gonna receive anything.
