My Ghost Received My ORDER I GUESS???

I dnt wanna waste much of time writing a review let me tell u guys in short.

This is with reference to order no. 29930267

its not delivered yet and I received an SMS that order has been delivered spoke to Customer care but haven’t got any help from there. Worst part is I have made payment through online Banking.
