SHOPCLUES - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I ordered Lenovo Ideapad Z510(59-387057) Laptop from Shopclues on 1st June, which was one of the biggest mistake I did. For saving a mere 1000 rupees I planned my own suffering. They really made me suffer for saving this 1000. My order as they say was shipped on 3rd June, I was really happy that I would get my order before the expected delivery date which was 7-10th June. But I was completely wrong. My courier was supposedly shipped by blue dart courier(It was never shipped not until now). They provided me with a tracking number. I found out that the tracking number was invalid. I called their customer support(completely useless) and tried to know my tracking status and told them about my problem. They always avoided me by saying that it will take time to update the shipment status on the courier website and their is nothing to be worried about. I called them 3 or 4 times with my problem but it was of no use. The customer support employees didn’t even tried to resolve the issue. Finally I tried to cancel the order  as I had to leave for another city and I wouldn’t have been able to collect the late order delivery. But they denied to cancel my order. I would suggest every one of you out there to please avoid Shopclues. They are one of the worst e-commerce site out there. Please go for Flipkart, Amazon or Snapdeal even if your product is slighty costlier in them because shopclues will make you pay really bad for the amount that you will save. Now I have stopped hoping that my order will get delivered to me. I hope they refund my money atleast.
