Today’s I am sharing my opinion and experience
15th December I am ordered ivoomi me 1 mobile phone ( order id: 135228449)
And phone was delivered also late I got the phone after ordered 7 days and phone is defective and I am loss my 3600₹ please help me ( order id: 135228449 this is my order id please mouthshut help me)
And phone is very defect display is damaged and battery is very very poor and simcard is not supported and I am contacting ShopClues Helpline nomber: 1244414888 and ShopClues assistant not listen my query and I am complain consumer office Helpline number but he could not help me
Every day I am calling ShopClues Helpline nomber but he could not help and not return defective product and said you product is under manufactured warranty and you go service centre and the service is very bad
After two days I am going service centre but service centre not solved my query.
Yesterday my product received return from ShopClues after 17 days but he could not return this product merchant called me and said my team has you product repair service centre this is wrong please ( mouthshut help me) and replace my product
