I faced a very pathetic experience with shopclues.Once a time I buy a phone from this website but after few days there becomes some problem in the phone and I went to the service center of that phone and they refuse to take my phone for repairing as the said that we cant consider the phone which has been buy from shopclues.Then I went to another service center then also I got the same reply.Then I mail to shopclues and give them warning of consumer court then they ask me to repair my phone after 48 hours.So I faced many problems without phone as it contains many important documents of mine.
