Sent damaged (empty) bottle of deodrant.

Customer service: Very Poor

Customer response: I cannot do anything.

Would I buy anything from shopclues: never

i can’t use expletives here.

This is not the first time happened with shopclues. Earlier order was cancelled after 1 week of no progress.

The basic tenets of online shopping experience and customer support is missing with shopclues.
