Here is one more website that wanted to be a super star amongst many already existing and shining e com market.
I wonder wheather Shopclues owner have any clues about how they are performing?
If not I am here to give a fantastic feedback. oops I will not act like a butter polishing white collared guy who want to become employee of the year. or want to win 5 year research contract with you guys.

Disclaimer : hereon you will see all sentences in upper case since i want to ensure this loud and clear voice reaches to the man sitting on top branch.
Call centre : seems managed by deaf and dumb .no answering or picking up the call
2.ivr : the person who is managing seems have no clues why he is on shopclues. He thinks he is hired for playing all recorded message with no output.
3.tracking system : the person who developed the system seems to have lost the track of what he is suppose to do.not an even single awb was correct.
4.return goods: 1st its very difficult to reach since you have reached to a point where there is no return. End of world?
5.48 hrs deadline : seems you have decided that deadline is something before a customer is dead. Hence 48 hrs is too small a time to call back customer. May be you are living in poles where a day is 180 days.
I am sure this caps lock input will help shopclues management to open their eyes and work with some clues since by looking at customer centric approach i can definitely say the people who are managing this shopping site have no clues what is going on.
Remember : what all you are doing for customer . If they loose trust you will loose.
