Adding to my previous review on SHOPCLUES.COM I have to say that the issue is not resolved yet the product was returned by me to shopclues and theres a mail from shopclues with me which states as below

this was on 17th of november and till date I have called them atleast 7 to 8 time and the refund hasnt been done. at first they said it will take 620 hours.The mailer sent by the cust care exe on behalf of me is given below

if you see the reverse pickup was done on nov17th and the above conversation was on 26th od december which I suppose is more than 620 hours and the same is mentioned my the executive in the mailer to the refund team or who so ever it is concerned and if you think about the parcel recieved by shopclues they have recieved on 27th of nov which means 620 hours after the have recieved too
but Today is 6th of JAN and my refund is not yet been done and they ask me to wait for some more time
Only these set of jokers(the CEO AND MD included) know why should I wait more
They were suppose to call me in 4 hours and they havent called yet though its nearing 4 hours

*If I have to rate this site it would be 0 0ut 0f 100 thats plainly I ordered a mixer juicer Grinder on this site and the delivery was on 20th of oct and then shifted to 25 or 27oct and the on 3th nov and now on 10nov when ever you register a complaint you get a docket no: and a message stating we ll get back to you with 48 hours and no one reverts.
And when I called the customer care and wanted to speak with a senior the executive says the seniors are busy and cant attend now and after a wait of nearly 40 mins I get to speak to the same executive who gives the same reason that the senior is busy. What work better than attending a customer these seniors have only they know.
I should have seen the reviews on MouthShut.com and then bought on Shopclues there are hundreds of unsatisfied buyer here.
