I HAVE SPEND ONE AND HALF HOUR TO SPEAK WITH SHOP CLUE CUSTOMER SERVICE .VERY VERY WORST SYSTEM .1st CALLED WAITED 30 MINS LINE CONNECTED WHILE START TO SPEAK DISCONNECTED, 2ND TIME ALSO THE SAME & STAFF MIC IS NOT GOOD LOT OF NOISE DISCONNECTED again.
3RD TIME NO PROPER RESPONSE & WAY OF SPEECH IS NOT GOOD .
SHOPCLUES ISSUE:-
1) AFTER ORDERED WE HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN WEEK FOR DELIVERY, AFTER ONE week SOME MERCHANT SAID NO STOCK REFUND OR SEND WHATEVER PRODUCT THEY ARE HOLDING STOCK MEANS WRONG PRODUCT & COLOR & MODELS they will send .
2) SHOPCLUE NO PROPER CHANNEL TO ESCALATE ANY ISSUE .ONLY ONE NUMBER FOR ALL .BY MAIL TOO MUCH DAY THEY TAKE FOR REPLY
3) SHOPCLUE NEVER SHARE SELLER CONTACT NUMBER DETAILS AT ANY POINT OF TIME . BE CAREFULL, BEFORE ORDER NOTE THESE ALL ISSUE .
4) On time delivery not possible .
5) Wrong Product -replace not possible too much time
6) Customer service not able to reach - need minimum one hour .
Shopclue must to improve the above all, otherwise everybody stop to place order in future .
Positive is Product Deal and cost is best some of the products compare than other website & off line market .If they ship same as appearing in this website means .
