Hi guys. Would like to warn you about ShopClues. Please do not shop from this site unless you want to have bad online purchase experience. It is a blot on online shopping. It has been a nightmarish experience shopping from ShopClues - a fraud company.
Ordered a Symphony cooler over a week back and still waiting for delivery. It is hell reaching their support line. One has to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes before someone picks up and they don’t have a toll-free number either. There is no email on which you can contact them for support. The only way to reach support is through an online form which usually does not work.
They charge extra money for the EMI option from the customer when the bank is not charging anything. I got a message from the bank saying that process fee is zero but was charged about 500 by Shopclue cheating. After a lot of haggling, they promised that they will send the product through Blue Dart and then sent it through DTDC.
They claim that they ship within 48-72 hours but then they decide when the clock starts ticking. I ordered on 13-April and they shipped the product on 20-April by DTDC LITE service. I don’t know how long I’ll have to wait for it now. Save yourself the bad experience. Don’t shop with them.
