This company has the WORST customer service ever. I had ordered a SONY portable charger which was most probably a FAKE product.
It was defective and due to malfunctioning in power supply it DAMAGED two phones as well. HTC and a NEXUS, the mother boards of these phones have been shot and are beyond repair.
Shopclues did not take any responsibility for this, did not even bother to look into this matter even after my repeated complaints via email and phone. On phone, there is always 10 MINS HOLD. The entire process is extremely FRUSTRATING.
Forget the phones, it has been more than a month and they STILL HAVEN’T REFUNDED the amount for the defective product. I am soon going to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.
