Order(order id66963582) placed on 2nd sep’15, no whereabouts till 18th sep(16 days). Tried calling customer care who responded saying delivery has been done on 18th sep by DTDC(which never happened). Registered complaint on 18th sep expecting some resolution to happen, didn’t know that entire team including courier, customer support all are equally pathetic. 10 days have passed since the complaint and after multiple calls have found no solution.(sure would have spent more that the ordered amount over phone). Finally decided today no more calls to shopclues now. Donated the order amount and the product to the team. Good bye to this team and the website forever.
