No delivery since 15 days/ worst customer care

Delivery taking too long. I waited 15 days. Also many times transaction fails. In this process sometimes unknowingly order is placed twice (you wont be able to cancel it no matter how hard you try).


Also, I did not get my money back for some failed transactions.
