I had made a COD purchase of 5 nos. of Colossal Kajal (Maybelline) from Shopclues.com. To my surprise, all the products were found to be fake (product is significantly different from description- Not SMUDGE RESISTANT).
Also it is not OPHTHALMOLOGIST TESTED as mentioned in the original product of Colossal Kajal, Maybelline New York. This is a case of total fraud to innocent customers like us and would like warn all NOT TO PURCHASE any items from them as THEY ARE CHEATS.
If possible, lodge complaint against them in Consumer Forum.
