I avoid buying anything from shopclues because I have many times experience that they sell sub-standard products. Although cheap they are.
Ok here goes my experience why now I am writing this review.I purchsed a product on Shopclues Order ID- 61179859,
the product was not working so I requested a refund request, my request was accepted and I was promised that once the products reaches them after reverse pickup Refund will be initiated.
Now almost One month has passed everytime they close my reverse pickup request giving fake reasons.Last time their reason was.- "Pickup attempted. Product not ready."
This time almost after 14 days of re-opening this request, the status is- "Pickup attempted. Buyer not available."
ALthough, both the time I have not got any sort of Call or email from their side informing me that when pickup will be done. they dont even tell that the request has been closed.
They are all like’Apni Marzi ke Maalik’ . I am not gonna spare them. Will raise this issue on social media. And do everything to make people aware about this fraud site. This is not the first time with shopclues.Recently I did a refund request to Flipkart, pickup was done the same day and I got refund after 3 days.
