Delivery service is very very bad .......

*I have ordered items in dt .5/10/2014 .I contacted 4 times with  shopclues when I called to shopclues they said it will be  deliver in next 3-4 business  days.


But they didn’t delivered my item till now. bad services from shopclues . I never seen that type of online shoping website.** Can you tell me when it will be deliver to me? This year or next year?
