The product quality is even worst than the street products. I mean the products on the street are of better quality. I had worst experience with Shopclues they don’t refund your money even in case of payment failed transactions.
They are robbing people’s hard earned money. I would advice people not to get fascinated by the low prices because you will never be able to use that product because of its poor quality.
The Customer care agent don’t have any information, every time they will ask to wait for 48 hrs and file your complaint though there website which will never get attended.
You will keep on mailing them but no response from those dumb people. DON’T EVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS FAKE WEBSITE.
