I bought a table mat from shopclues as they said it is an original product.
I have ordered it and received the product completely broken. Also the product was so delicate. So I have asked to take it back and refund my money.
They have come and taken my product after 1 week that too after calling at least 5 times.
When I have asked for a refund of money, they did not inform me anything and simply shipped me a replacement. This time I got the product undamaged, but it was much more delicate.
I assembled it and found that I cannot keep Tea pot and couple of tea cups as it was not balancing also. They are saying it can be used for working by keeping laptop and children do their homework.
Earlier I have also bought a wireless modem and that was also not working. When I contacted the customer care, they said I need to contact the modem company and not providing any information.
Stupid customer support.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T BUY.
FULLY CHEATING CUSTOMER BY QUOTING LESS PRICE AND SELLING DUPLICATE PRODUCTS.
