I would like to share my experience about the shopclues website as my experience is very bad as I have purchased a 2000 rupees product from shopclues and did my payment from card.
After few weeks I received the product and which turned out to be defected so I place a return request but surprisingly shopclues did not take any actions.
So I called to their customer care but no one respond to my call.so in frustration I wrote a mail and still they didn’t even replied back.
shopclues really need to get their things cleared because if they keep showing this type of attitude to the customer then they’re in trouble as it gonna affect their customer and market value.
In my life I have purchased total 3 products from the shopclues and all of them are of poor quality.They just attract the customer by giving low prices for the product and didn’t even care for the product quality.
by my experience shopclues is the worst online website I have ever seen.
