It will be more appropriate for Shopclues to remove the termEasy Replacement from their website. They sound very simple while we place an order by claiming that they haveeasy replacement system to ensure buyer protection. We had ordered for two sets of couple watches out of which one was delivered as per our order.
The second set was delivered on time but it was a wrong product. The watch for male was not the one that was ordered but still we would have kept it if it was in a running condition. We called Shopclues and we registered a complaint through their website. We were asked to upload the image but owing to some technical difficulties, the image could not be uploaded.
We had explained this in our mail to Shopclues and they had sent a message linking us to the same page, which was posing some technical problems for us. We had, so far, sent two more mails for which they have not even bothered to reply. Not sending the right product, not sending a product that works and above all, not bothering to reply to a customers repeated complaints - is this what Shopclues call Customer Support? A 400 rupees worth product is only used to attract customers but complaints on the products do not attract the attention of Shopclues. Overall, a pathetic buying experience from Shopclues.
