Shop Clues is another emerging ECommerce Platform in India. They have good products, genuine and good customer service as well. However, the delivery service is pathetic.
Customer Service - They completely rely on Customer service.
Product Quality - The quality of the Products are really good. They don’t sell fake items.
Delivery Time - This is the aspect which they are lacking at. They really need to work on the Delivery system as they easy take about 10 days to deliver any product.
App & Website - I don’t use their App. Website is nice
Reliability- Yes, we can rely on them and our payment details are safe with them.
