THE main point is here when I was watching tv one day I notice one mobile which was available in less price in shopclues but the same product and same brand which was available little bit high price in other websites so I think I gotta to purchase this mobile I was shock when I call the coistumer service that day was one of the worse day of my life the person who was sitting who was on other call an at the same time I was also connected on that call he were to be suppose giving bad words to their coustumers and having pleasure in it so I just dissconnect and I not coonect with it again the coustumer is like this
I think that product quality is seems to be of good I think it will be I dont know why but
I don’t know about their delivery timelines because I never purchase any product because that incident was happened with me but my one of my friend was telling me that the delivery timelines of shopclues is so fast because they don’t have any coustumers because of this and I reply him that is truth brother
About this I want to tell that the ecommerce companies there websites is seems to be very very rubbish and slow to use but there application is of full with proof is to be superbbbbbb to use
Reliability of their product not so good because they purchase all their products through china and import them to india and selling all that products to indian markets
