I have purchased a single stuff from shopclues and the experience was really mind blowing. The packet that I receive was having Snapdeal logo from inside. The product was broken. Even after complaining and submitting the photographs they took 2-3 days to analyse the report only and at the end, refunded the money on their wallet. This is worst. After fighting a lot, they transferred the money to my account which takes a long time.
