Today I confirmed my order for adidas basketball shoes in shopclues, but due to some circumstances I had to cancel my order. I thought I will buy it after 15 minutes. As soon as I cancelled my order, it said now this product is out of stock, without giving me such instructions.
Therefore I would say that shopclues has to update itself in this feild to give better convinience to customers.
Today I am very sad as I was not able to buy my dream shoes.
