These guys are a bunch of cheats. I ordered TWO not one product.....and both of them were absolutely crappy!!! The quality of the first product was inferior, the pack was soaked in water, to top it all the product was BROKEN. Its been more than a week and they are not ready to replace or refund.
Can someone tell me how can I use a water purifier come storage container if its broken?? The portable charger didn’t work entirely (’m glad I sent the other one back right-away)!
No one is willing to help on the customer care! Forget refund not even ready to replace.....I have made several phone calls, innumerable emails and have had endless frustration! But no one is listening....In a nutshell....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Just DONT!
