Worst site ever which I used ever in my life, so many bugs in app & site.
Slow working app, I ordered 3-4 times but all the times product is used or defective.
When we call on shopclues agents then we are charged that means they have no tollfree no. For consumers as all online sites have a toll free no.
When I try to call the agent, they talk such rudely to me & some agents also donot know the terms of shopclues, they misguide the consumer.
Return of money is also so much hard , 10-15 days is given by the site.
I totally recommend not to buy from this site as products are not orignals.
Sale given by shopclues is also fake, advertisment is also fake which shopclues runs on t.v & every where.
On product its written free shipping, cOD available but when I open the product for order , at the time of payment it shows no cod , no free shiping.
So never buy from online sites specially from such a low standard site.
