This is regarding my order number 2246759 which I place on 14/01/2013. The shipment that is provided is wrong and I cant see the details, kindly look into the matter and status of the product as I not received it till now. I already mailed you before but you never responded even after 20 days is passed on.
No refund no contact made by them till now, very poor customer service.
