I am amazed to see how a site can say that it is the best site to shop with. I ordered 7 products out of which received only 2 till date and out of the 2 I had to return the another one. Two of the items was showing status as "Your order is packed & ready to ship. As soon as we handover your package to our courier partner, you will receive an email and sms from us. It will have the courier and tracking details".
When I ask them when it is going to be shipped then see what they replied. This is the original mail they replied to me

Please let me know the exact date by when it will be shipped with courier details

now you see....if their status is ready to dispatch then how come they can blame the merchant. This shows how they are working to fulfill orders. It was really a very bad experience for me to shop from shopclues.
