I had ordered one wrist watch but the item received is different quality and colour as ordered.
Therefore I proposed to return the item.
Immediately they have taken back the watch on 16.4.2016. .
This was done in the month of April, 2016.
I received a message that they remitted the amount to my account which is incorrect.
I am repeatedly pursuing the matter but they said it was remitted to wrong account and the amount was not reversed to them.
it is highly irregular and incorrect when the account name is not tallied with the name, the question of transfer of amount does not arise.
The organization is playing cheap tricks to avoid the return of amount to the customers.
When ever I send the message, immediately they give reply to resolve it within 2 days. But later they asked me to approach the concerned Bank.
It is minimum commence that the name and account no. is not tallied the question of transfer of amount does not arise.
Finally I replied them to send the item back at least. But so far they have not replied.
I suggest every body not to purchase any item through shop clues as the item are different from the items they supply. More over we can’t get the refund.
