Com is the latest online shopping websites which contained all kinds of products such as electronics, accessories etc. I installed the ShopClues application in my smartphone and ordered one branded product and paid through atm card.I received the product through delhivery courier. Actually I ordered the original branded product. But I received the fake product. Simply I contacted the care and returned the product. They initiated the refund. They informed me as the refund will credit in within 7 working days. But so many days completed. My refund was not credited in my account. Again I contacted the customer care people, they took a complaint from me about Freund and the refund issue will solve in 48 hours of time. This time also the refund was failure. I understood that they would not Ironhide any refund, they will provide only fake products. Hence I called it as fake shopping website is ShopClues only.
