I have order Xiaomi powerbank 10400 Mah on 26th Mar 2015 order no:43539159, they promised it to deliver in 6 days but failed, when I checked the order they changed the order no to 436596861 and reasoned it as "transferred to other merchant".If they dont have stock then why they have taken that order?
When you select COD facility, they will cancel your order with out informing you and when you enquire they will tell that " We have called but you have not responded, that’s why we have cancelled it".
When I asked for refund they are just dilly-dallying things.
Customer Care Officers are worst, they don’t have basic communication skills.
Never ever shop with shop clues.
