I have ever seen like this worst shopping app ever. Once I have ordered a pair of shoes at cost of Rs. 499 from shopclues and the delivery date is three days from the ordering date. But its takes fifteen days to delivered my product. After taken the delivery product and I shocked so see the product that inside the parcel. Yaa its shaving Gillette and got anger I asked to delivery boy and he says thats not my problem its shopclues mistakes. Then go to the shopping app and return my order and I have get messages from this app that it would be refund to your bank account but its takes long time refund my money to my account. I contact to the number that given in the parcel bt no one pick up the call. Im so hurted. The customer service is also very poor when I contacted her. So please don’t purchase anything from the shopclues online shopping.
