Hello friends I want to share my personal experience of shopping from shopclues.com. I often watch ads on tv regarding shopclues is giving genuine products. I am shopping from this website since last one month and I found three product fake.
I bought a iball headphone, a data cable combo and a external hard disc. I found that the quality of these products are not durable. the headphone doesn’t give good quality sound. and I think it is duplicate the same problem is with another both products. I tried to return these products but they only given 10 days money back guarantee but this 10 days duration is expired now so I have to use them unintentionally. I am not satisfied with this shopping.
