Pathetic service.
First of all it was a incomplete delivery. The package had only the wall clock n no 3ply surgical face mask. I wrote for my refund for it and now I see that clock is also not working after using a brand new battery.
Very strange now the site shows me that the return cannot be be processed for my location as it cannot be picked from my address. Are these websites fooling with their customers?
And that is when I decided to escalate this to mouthshut.com.
